I think you all sadly have your heads in the sand. The current management is not equipped to keep this team up. Unfortunately the "new" directors have put their names to the current set up as their long term plans. So alas their credibility is also dented. One can argue as much as you want, but when you step outside the box and look in, you will find it ai t going to work. Let's hope for the immediate future the lads put in a positive performance.. And let's not have someone sent offagain

Why don’t you put your money in and take over and then get rid of them.

Didn't want to add to this before a game as I thought it quite negative and unnecessary before a game when even if the players aren't looking at it the supporters are and we all needed to be positive to help the boys try and get a result.
However I've said before aswell, that I think the board are losing credibility!
However it's clear that they feel for whatever reason obligated to give the manager every opportunity to guide us to relagation.
So If they are not going to do anything, I ask the manager to do so. Please say you have given it your best and this season it just hasn't worked and go.
Give the team a chance, these players aren't terrible and with some fresh ideas and enthusiasm it may give them the opportunity to give it a go. But sadly as this carries on James is ruining his legacy at the club.

Yes the new investors have come in but unless they have thrown loads of money at it which obviously the haven’t then getting players in mid season is a daunting task. The new board have made a choice to stick with and support the manager so why don’t you!!! As you said, wasn’t expected to get anything against farnborough so jumped straight back in the sacking bandwagon from behind your keyboard with a false name.

Jack for someone who claims to be a ground hopper you seem to be very invested and knowledgeable about our clubs business and calling me out for being fake?! Seems ironic.
Its not jumping on the bandwagon it's another defeat another poor performance and there is only so many more of both we can have before we are relegated.
Myself and others won't lie about the fact we put the club before the individual, if others had maybe we wouldn't be in this position.
You seem to think a call for change is a personal attack on the manager, not sure why you would as your are a ground hopper anyway, but it really isn't. There is a job to be done it isn't being done so I feel a change needs to be made. No malice, no personal feelings. Not sure why you come across so irate.

I am a fan and a ground hopper but I don’t class myself as a fan fan as I don’t go to away games and in my opinion a proper fan goes home and away. , I go to most home games for Wimborne and then ground hop when they are away, I don’t think it’s a personal attack I just don’t get how you think a change makes a difference, dorch have changed manager and the fans are now asking for another as it hasn’t done anything different and they’ve employed someone who’s won a few leagues and got a few promotion, more so then Matty Holmes who some have suggested comes back so does that make him a better manager than Matty?? It’s ultimately down to the players when they cross the white line, Same as Weymouth, did you see the new managers interview after a game against a poor aldershot team at that level, he said it’s pointless having the ball if the do nothing with it, your only as good as your player are and budget allows as training time with a non league team at best is 3 hours a week. How can you really improve players ability in that short time

Again this was mentioned at the fans forum when the new owners took over that the budget at the start of the season was lower than 4 Wessex league budgets. James obviously knows our budget and I’m guessing speaks to a lot of other managers/clubs and finds out their budgets are

Yes, a player will leave club A for club B for more money but that doesn't mean club B has a total budget bigger than club A, maybe they just really want that player. No board will come out and say we have the biggest budget in the league, they will all plead poverty for two reasons. 1. So other clubs don't screw them over (i.e. Newcastle) 2. So fans don't keep saying buy buy buy! These are generalisations, I except that but I will say budget isn't everything. Have Farnborough the biggest budget in the league, Hayes the second, Poole the ninth etc. It's not easy, far from it but Personally I feel a lot people use a lack of budget as an excuse, of course it is a factor but not the only one.

Your right budget isn’t everything but it is a massive part of it silver, do you have any inclination to what a budget a this level is? Farnbourgh may not have the biggest budget or Hayes second etc but looks at the players they have signed, Farnborough have signed this season at least 3 players from clubs that were playing in the national league for the last 2 seasons and were playing week in week out on £700 plus a week, hays are reported to be paying players the same. What do you think Wimborne’s budget was at the start of the season

I know from speaking to a reliable source (ex player)it was average a little over £100per player

Fortunately our season will not be decided on the last two games, both we were totally outplayed the only reason we got away from Farnborough with a 4-1 defeat they came out in the second half shut up shop and allowed us more room to go forward, Hayes did the opposite they battered us right to the end ! The question regarding why we are sticking with the current management team is a fair question to ask, the football we are playing at the moment is not pretty I’m in agreement 100%, but is this the manager’s fault or have we players on the pitch who are not at it at the moment are they coming off the pitch knowing they couldn’t give anymore ? I’m not sure our plan B ever comes into play quick enough if it’s not going to plan change it don’t leave it until it’s to late to make a difference, We know we need some more quality players the squad isn’t big enough to get us out of this mess, we don’t have the quality on the bench to make a difference when changes are made. We will all be behind the team on Saturday let’s hope we get the three points anything else would be a massive disappointment 🤞🤍🖤⚽️
