It's clear the club mean business. I'm happy with the players who have 're-signed and the new signings. It's only mid May too!! Without wishing the summer away I can't wait until August 13!

Some good signings so far, solid, experienced players, hopefully we will go into the season with a settled well balanced team that are capable of being competitive.
I am sure James is much happier this year with the budget and is finding it easier to attract the players he has identified as the ones to bring us the success that we all desire.
Lets keep the positivity going as that can only help in attracting players to the club.

Shane Murphy at Hamworthy had a good season but I can’t see him leaving there. Charlie Phillpott is an excellent young prospect at Eastleigh, but he spent the season on loan at Winchester so I imagine they’d take him back if he’s allowed out on loan again. Maybe another loanee from AFC Bournemouth? On another note, very good signings so far so well done to all involved 👏😊 |

Ollie Camis is an option, another young prospect from AFCB and as previously mentioned Charlie Philpott.
I guess it will all come down to who is available and what the budget allows, however it would be good to have a regular and settled number 1 as this gives the defence continuity and confidence.

Another option could be Tommy Scott. He played 1 game for us last season as well as a handful of games for both Poole Town and Hamworthy Utd, since then he’s been mostly unused on the bench at Weymouth.

I’m not a fan of looking for loan players this time of year we know when Billy got called back last season it wasn’t easy getting anyone on a regular basis, much prefer a signing 🤍🖤⚽️

I agree with Barry, if we can avoid a loan I think we should, but saying that billy and cam did very well for us. Tommy Scott is definitely a option
