As I mentioned on the "Match Preview" thread, I wasn't at the game so haven't produced a report or conducted the post-match chat. I haven't seen anything from Jack in the Echo yet. Graham Thanks for clarifying Graham. DorsetHammer my issue wasn't with the captains tweet. It was the tweet from the club which I take issue with. Thanks Merleymagpie! The players felt it from what I could see! They knew! Not sure what else the club could do though? Retweet it saying you didn’t perform! Scott didn’t get on the field last night but he and the other players knew they were better than that! Even if we were at our best I seriously don’t think they would have got something from the game. Apart from (unfortunately) Farnborough I have not seen a better team in this League. They were good and their 10 was outstanding. The disappointment was the score line and the players know. I expect a positive show on Saturday. We will see how much they believe. Everything I see suggest that they (and I include the management) are trying. That’s all I need. If we are not good enough we are not good enough however I have seen enough to know that they are better than last night! I am one of the optimistic few. It’s not over yet and until it is I still believe! It was not nice yesterday but please believe people. Those players are trying IMO and need your support

Said this so many times. The management are just not upto the job, however nice as people they are. Why everyone is clinging to the faint hope that things will improve. Its as if"lets get the old team back"and we will be successful again. We'll no it doesn't work like that. No clear vision, no style of play, no new ideas... Sad but true
