Aston Villa Manager Steven Gerrard has issued a list of fines for his players which has been leaked online
Villa finished in 14th last term and Gerrard will be hoping to improve on that in his first full season with the West Midlands outfit.
And fans have got an insight into the disciplined approach the Liverpool legend is taking at Villa through a lengthy fine list.
A picture has been doing the rounds on social media and shows that Gerrard is not a fan of any of his players turning up late.
Being late for training is a £500 fine, while being late onto the training pitch, for a team meeting or the coach to an away game is £200 per minute.
Not being on time for a meeting, walk or coach on matchday is a massive £1000 fine, while lateness for commercial appearance will set back an offending player £250.
Wearing the wrong attire costs £200 and there's also a £100 fine per item left hanging around - whether it's training kit or dishes in the canteen.
However, leaving snus - the smokeless tobacco product which is popular within football - knocking about is an automatic £200 fine.
Other notable fines include £50 a day for a player forgetting cakes on a birthday, £100 for wearing flip flops in the shower and the same charge if a player forgets the GPS device used for tracking running stats in training.
Being booked for dissent is an additional £200 fine, while defender Ezri Konsa will have had to take the team out for a meal on two occasions after his red cards last term.
And the final interesting punishment dished out involves "the worst player in small sided games" having to wear a jumper to let everyone know they were below par.
Furthermore he has also banned ketchup from the training ground complex
