Just a quick update on a couple of things in case anyone has missed the social media posts. As promised James, the management team and players will be taking part in an open training session on the main pitch on Tuesday 2nd August with a 7pm start and 8.30pm finish. All are welcome to attend and the clubhouse will be open in the usual way. Players will be available for a chat and photos afterwards etc. In addition, we have launched our Player & Management Team Sponsorship opportunities for the season. Cost is £100 + vat so £120 for each person, and although a few names have been taken by those who got in early today there are still plenty of options available. See link www.wimbornetownfc.co.uk/commercial/playersponsorships/ or check the website news page for details. Booking via the website guarantees you the player but alternatively you can contact Claire on info@wimbornetownfc.co.uk and we'll do our best to reserve your choice before anyone else chooses them. Could the Forum sponsor one of the players? Not sure how it would be managed but would 12 members at £10 each be willing to contribute?? Is this something Admin would/could promote?

Was a entertaining session tonight, could see what the management are asking the boys to do In Games and the planning that obviously goes into the sessions.
What we’re other that attended think of it?

I thought it was excellent. Spoke to Gambo and James and was struck by their honesty and openness. You can see why players want to play for them. My son had a whale of a time and all the squad signed an old programme.
