As we approach the new season I thought I ought to flag that we currently have a vacancy to do our Match Day Twitter feed ...or put another way, without a willing volunteer we will have no match day twitter taking place this season, which for a club like ours would be a real failure on our part and such a shame for fans not able to attend matches.
I'm sure you'll all share my anxiety and disappointment at this - and no doubt someone will use it as an opportunity to tediously go back over old ground and mention Luke Coakes - but put simply the club could really do with some help on this as we look forwards and not backwards, and hence my appeal.
In fairness a couple of people have come forward and can offer some occasional / ad-hoc help but for obvious reasons it would be great if one person could do it all / most of the time. I am though open to suggestions and perhaps we could get a group together who between them could organise it so that we're always covered. But as I say at the moment we don't have enough names or anything formalised so there will be no match day twitter for the time being.
