He should not have played last night,he should be disciplined by the club and fined which should be given to the RSPCA. He should be prosecuted and banned from keeping any animal for life..no if's no buts. Just my view others my well differ but to me it is a clear cut case of thoughtless cruelty.

I worked for the RSPCA for 16 years but even I was shocked by what he did. I was disgusted the Police initially said they were'nt going to investigate but its caused such a furore they have changed their mind. Then to compound it all Moyes allowed him to play. Gold and Brady should have stepped in but didn't so its a collective error by West Ham. It appears that if a player is too valuable and famous then that overides any common sense and sense of justice. Its all money related the higher you go up the football pyramid. I trust this will go through the courts and he gets more than a slap on the wrist for it. I am very pleased to see that the RSPCA have now seized his two cats and that West Ham have fined him 2 weeks wages - allegedly £250,000 - and he could be liable to be dealt with in France as well www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10492973/West-Ham-pressure-SUSPEND-cat-kicker-Kurt-Zouma-prosecution-petition-rockets-70-000.html

As a West Ham fan I was amazed he played yesterday. Shocking behaviour by him and his brother to film it. Clearly not the brightest to allow someone to film it and then post it! £250k fine, loss of an Adidas contract probably won’t even hurt him. Is this what happens when you get to a point in your life when you earn £125k a week playing football and you think you can get away with anything? These mega rich players seem to have lost a certain amount of morality just look at the likes of Greenwood, Mandy etc. With respect to the Gold and Sullivan comment they would not give any consideration to this unless they thought it would hurt them financially. They are gearing up to sell the Olympic Stadium next year without having to pay anything to the tax payer. They are money men (and look where they made their money) not football men. Sad day. Hope the cats have a better home now.
