I wonder how old the video is as the trees are in full leaf which suggests it must have been September or so. Presume therefore there has been some progress since then. I see they are calling it Rivers Edge now and not Cuthbury. Unless they call some of the roads with names which refer to the Football club [e.g. Magpies View, Vase Road etc] then all our heritage of the old Cuthbury will be lost forever. Usually when a football ground is demolished they retain some identity to its past. For example when the old Saints ground at the Dell had homes built on it then the road is called The Dell and there is also Ted Bates Court and Le Tissier Court.

I think you are correct with the timing for this video, on a recent trip around the site a number of the houses are now occupied and are accessed via Cuthbury Gardens, a lot of landscaping has also been completed since this video was taken.
As far as I can see none of the roads refer to the Football Club which is a real shame, however it was good to see that the developer has left a substantial site for the future development of the hospital, perhaps in future years wards could refer back to the Football Club.
