Just wondering if now January has been and gone if the new board could let us know what their plans are for rest of this season and next.
Lee made it clear where possible that communication, which the last board were accused of being very bad at would be improved. So given that he said January would be the point where things would be reviewed. We have now passed that point and while I don't expect them to make a statement every week or whenever I feel like they should, as we are now past January I dont think it's unreasonable for some form of clarification on what the plan is going forward, especially as relegation looks far more certain now than what it was when they last spoke.
We know Lee amongst others view this forum as well as other forms of social media and as such I would like to make clear things like the 3G tea hut and improvements in the clubhouse are welcome. But, all of which are peripheral to the First Team which is in dire straights.
So regardless of the boards position, It would be welcome if they could tell us where they are currently at, and now that some time has passed since the new board was formed, expand on their plans.
Also as its been discussed here that the board openly said they dont have any football background or experience, given the new directors financial input, do we think that there should be someone on the board who is more closer to the football side of things and has more in depth knowledge? It's clear Matty is purely focused on the academy and doesn't want any kind of involvement in the First Team, but at the moment, certaintly in football terms it seem a case of the blind leading the blind!
