The company engaged to run the 3G playing surface have been relived of their duties as they were not generating enough bookings, the club are apparently now running this facility internally...
The clubhouse is not generating anywhere near the level of business the club expected, they have looked into employing an additional clubhouse manager but are reluctant to pay the salary for an experienced person.
I think the above two points goes someway to explaining the lack of funds available for the first team

The “Book a 3G Pitch” link on the website still takes you to the weplayfootball.com site, so that’ll need removing/changing (unless the idea is to still use the functionality of that site).
