Which of our fans went today, not a lot on Twitter so hard to follow, how was the game, where was Jack hoey today? Also no Ben Satterley starting for the first time in a while.

I was there as with every other game this season. Confidence is completely shot. Hardly threatened. The new coaching team have a massive job on their hands. So many individuals with no team ethic at all. I’d expect many ins and outs over the next few weeks. Otherwise, we’re in for another horrible season.

Didn’t we create a few good chances in the previous game though, is it really in and outs that’s needed we’ve got a good squad there. What kind of football did we play? Are we going to see a style chance?

Didn’t we create a few good chances in the previous game though, is it really in and outs that’s needed we’ve got a good squad there. What kind of football did we play? Are we going to see a style chance? Opinion is divided on the Westbury game as I felt we only forced a few saves. Today was worse, much worse. Their keeper made one save in the second half. The assessment of my fellow supporter above is spot on (we stood together in disbelief at what we saw). As for ins and outs, We have to be realistic. This is James and gambo's team. A team of individuals who on paper appear to be decent quality but who are just not playing as a side. The new management will want to have a side in their own mould and if the current players can't do it inevitably I would expect changes. 're the style I know you've mentioned hoof ball before and I saw hamworthy half a dozen times last season and don't think they played hoofball. They were tight and well organised, more direct than we're used to but what would you rather see, pretty football played on the floor but defeats or a more robust style which wins matches ?

We don’t keep clean sheets, even though we are hardly ever under sustained pressure. Didn’t force any saves of note.

This is the question I was asking a few weeks back, would people rather watch long ball/hoof ball with like football quality and win 70% of game or watch a team that try and play football but only win 50%? I know what I’d rather watch and what style Wimborne have played for many years.

Totton on Tuesday night let’s all wait and see how we get on against a team that looked extremely average against Bashley last week !

The reality is that league cannot be won playing attractive football. Physical and pragmatic. We’ve only played decent football for small ten minute spells against the weaker teams in the league.

I’m sure Merthyr and Weymouth won it by playing football but if that’s the case you’ve got to be big and smash the ball then I’d rather sit mid table and we play football. Either that or Tim sills gets gets his hoof it players and I watch another team, I’m sure I won’t be the only one either

Unfortunately for whatever reason Wimborne have got a lot of things wrong since the move to the new cuthbury. If the new way of playing isn’t going to fit in with the contracted players then let them move on allowing the new management team to bring there style of play players into the club 🤍🖤⚽️👍

As a wimborne fan I want the team to win and progress up the league. If we can play a bit of football along the easy then all the better but ultimately we need to figure out how to get out of This division.
