I made contact with FanBase with regard to current status for sending the cards out to supporters…. Maria at the Club house had indicated two weeks at the beginning of July….and went out of her way to ensure a smooth entrance for those requesting and paying for a Season Ticket card…at out first home friendly…. Fanbase said on July 13th they were awaiting final artwork from the Club. Today FanBase advise me that the cards have not been sent out yet, their contact has advised me that the artwork is still pending - is it that difficult to change 2023/4 to 2024/25…. I notice there’s been little comment from the Club or BOD on a number of things pre season - but perhaps things like this are being kept from the BOD … considered not important.

I tried to get a card when I bought my early bird ST earlier. Got passed back between club and fanbase. So decided to try and get the app on my old smartphone. Not tech minded and in my eighties but managed eventually to put the ticket on my phone and got into a PSF game.
I like a ST card but something has gone wrong here, unless the club are trying to force us to get it on an app. AFCB still use Physical cards and send them out to fans.

Well Yogi thanks for the suggestion and link to JG… he’s has responded, fair do’s… personally, a lot of waffle amongst the reason for the delay, redesign, bar code, and someone to design, FanBase to - not sure what, then another company to produce then send them out… but he says we should receive them in time for the start of the season… And apparently 99% of fans have been complimentary about the new system with the cards provided for older supporters who can’t/decline or find it difficult to use their phone… Anybody else want to join the 1% Club😎.
Jimmy went onto advise me there’s so much to do before the season starts, installing a new ticketing system, applying for a new alcohol license, painting and maintaining the stadium, reorganising the Academy set up, Stadium Sponsorship, Patrons draw, player sponsorship, plus designing and ordering the new kit and the growing bookings of events for the Clubhouse… How did we manage before JG arrived at the New Cuthbury…. So a small thing like a £5 ST card… well it’s only 1% of the fans… enjoy the football..👍
