Interesting read…. So I’m off to the club house on Fri/Sat to purchase my ST and secure my stand seat… have decided at this point not to use the fan base…. Hopefully the experience and transaction will be positive.

I'll be getting mine soon too. After my rant the other night good to see a response, early bird discount - tick, website announcement - tick. Personally would've liked a bit more discount for early bird and we are coming in £52.50 more than totton...not sure that is justified.
That said, we actually only had 18 matches last season thanks to hamworthy withdrawing and 21 this season. Do the maths and with the early bird it's actually slightly cheaper per match this time than the full price last season...(no early bird last time)... So not so bad...we are at the end of the day pitched at the top end of our league full price admission price wise and have been for 3-4 seasons now...I think the concession price is more competitive.

So. Went on to purchase this morning, and they're not there. Anyone get one?

Just bought one. Didn't see an option for a physical card but my st is now there. Can't wait! The concession tickets are great value.

Bought mine today. Didnt find the ST page straight away. Couldnt find how to buy a physical ST so emailed Fanbase. They said I had to get them from the club direct [ so our website details are wrong]

Walked to the Club house this morning… the lovely Maria has it all covered…. easy to do. The card will be sent in the post by FanBase, already had an e mail from them…. Lessons to be learnt by the Club… some early communication would have made it so much more reassuring…..

Downloaded fan base earlier, set up my WTFC account and bought my early bird season ticket using Apple pay. Whole process took five minutes out of my life. Much quicker than driving from West moors to new cuthbury on a Saturday afternoon I can tell you....i'm happy with the new system. One less plastic card to carry about in a wallet!

Hi Dave…. Maria advised me that the plastic ST card would be sent direct from FanBase to me… my suggestion would be to call in and see Maria or give her a call…. She has it all organised and is so willing to help… Hope it works for you….
