Mmm…. My personal take on things…. are we still talking about WTFC the Community Club? Less than a month from the first friendly and still no firm notification of ST prices availability, or seat reservations pricing. Last year I was told “it’s the old computer system I’ll get that fixed for next season” so now we are to use use FanBase for tickets .. online and lose the personal touch…. Fans affected by the demolition of the cycle rack….a last minute band aid solution…. keen to see what really matters … Tim and his players and entertaining football on the pitch. But….some of the decisions, the apparent coming and going of non player personnel…. I’m sure the BoD and GM have their short and long term plans… but take the supporters with you …… don’t lose what we have… Well said mowerman. The Bod should lhave better communication with the true fans and keep them informed. Another clanger after the cycle park fiasco to let us find out ST prices hidden away on the Fanbase website. Whose job is that I wonder. Lee M used to post on here to clear things up but Jimmy Glass has never done so. I appreciate they don't want to get into a slanging match. Our admin I'm sure would ensure that we all engage in productive dialogue. I hope they don't go down the dictatorial route as it appears they are trying to.
A Fans forum would help although not everyone can get to them [ and wev'e got nowhere to park our bikes at present !!!]

Well I have been unable to locate any suggestion of ST pricing, ordering or paying…. I’m trying not to get personal… but just read a response on the issues re our Ladies Team…. and the Manager and of course don’t know all the details…. but reference is given to JG and I believe this an area for the BoD to be cautious… big ideas and self imposed pedestal positioning… The Club could have amassed many hundreds of pounds from ST supporters… and yet four weeks before our friendlies not even a pricing or order placing structure in place…. Clive behind the bar managed to get things in place … pre JG… Just saying…

All you have to do is ask? Has anyone rung the club or Jimmy to ask what’s going on? I think the season ticket will be £225 next year because this was released on Fanbase probably early before the club announced the price. I have no idea what a match day ticket is. I had contact with Jimmy Glass and he explained the bike rack issue and a new rack will be in place before the new season. Going to Fanbase is a great idea if it allows people to get tickets in advance and reduces the queue outside the ground. I welcome it. The human face is still there and a phone call or visit to Maria will sort everything out. Come on people - if you have concerns speak to someone don’t just moan on here. The club will announce the pricing next week, the cycle rack will be available, we are back in the Southern League Premiership, we have some great new signings! All is good !

Sorry the fan base link that Richard posted takes you to all the prices, I’m not sure either why the club looks to be digging there heals in this year with information !

As far as I can see, St's were available to purchase from the 1st but all the information seems to have disappeared, including all the pricing. I do wonder sometimes.

If you ask me the club were trying to sneak the ST prices in under the raadar, but have had to withdraw them from the Fanbase site as theyv'e been sussed.

I decided to keep off the forum this summer as everyone needs a break but the whole season ticket comms debacle can't pass without comment. The price increase was inevitable but I have two beefs. One, we are the only club I can see not doing an early bird price - why?! I've done some research and Totton (similar facilities and last season's play off losers) - £150.... Havant and waterlooville - undeniably bigger club and better ground, £185... Taunton... £238..... So why couldn't our club do an early bird offer of just under £200 based on that sample? But that aside, all the clubs I looked at have the prices on the website.... It's June 16th....season finished over six weeks ago....I hear the arguments about being able to phone up but it's 2024... Fan friendly and proactive clubs tend to stay on top of stuff like this and get comms out in advance. We have a forum, website and Twitter page - no excuses....if we are serious about moving up levels the club need to be more professional and customer centric....

I have been a big critic of tottons attendance figures but the information on their site around tickets for next season is second to none. And they were available 2 weeks ago.

It beggars belief,,, last year the bar manager managed to get the prices to supporters, this year with a GM in place we can’t even advise supporters what the prices are, when the ST will be available… or communicate openly to the fans… c’mon Lee on behalf of the BOD’s let’s open up a bit and take the fans with you… seems we can’t rely on others…
